Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days prior to your booked trip can be rescheduled or deposit payment returned.

Cancellations made within 14 days of booked trip can be rescheduled during the same season, but if accommodations to reschedule cannot be made then deposit will be forfeited. I will do everything I can to get your trip rescheduled, but cannot reschedule booked clients to accommodate a rescheduling request. If you cancel and I can fill your cancelled reservation with another client, I will issue a full refund of your deposit.

Please call or email me right away if a schedule conflict arises so I can work with you to reschedule.

I reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, unsafe or unproductive weather and/or conditions. Now with this being said, my Number One priority is keeping people safe on the ocean. If I do need to reschedule your trip on my end to due unforeseen circumstances, unsafe or unproductive weather and/or circumstances, I will issue you a full refund of your deposit, or put it towards a future trip at your convenience.

Prices are based on trips with a minimum of 2 people. If you book the whole boat you will fish in a private party. If your reservation is for less than the boat maximum I will continue to take reservations for remaining seats. If I cannot book a minimum of 2 people on a trip I reserve the right to try and reschedule your trip in order to fill the minimum number of seats. I really want to take you out fishing and don’t want to cancel or reschedule any trips so I will do everything possible on our end to make it happen once I get you on the schedule. A deposit of $100 per person is required to hold your reservation.

I provide all rods and reels, bait and tackle. Fish processing is available at the dock for a reasonable price.

Bottom Line is: I really love to fish and really want to have you aboard, I just want all of us to be responsible.

You want that from me, and I want that from you as well.
